We operate four interlinked brands through our five luxury

Exclusive Hotels
Exclusive Hotels are four gorgeous country
house hotels in England with heaps of personality. Very individual,
stylish and surrounded by acres of woodland, parkland and
countryside, each property of Exclusive Hotels presents a luxurious

All four properties are situated in wonderfully convenient
English locations, one, Pennyhill Park Hotel in Surrey, within
forty minutes of central London and perfectly placed for Heathrow;
another, South Lodge Hotel in West Sussex directly south of London
heading towards Brighton, perfectly situated for Gatwick; the
third, The Manor House Hotel in Wiltshire, is on the outskirts of
glorious Bath set in the Cotswolds; and the last, but by no means
least, Lainston House Hotel in Hampshire, on the edge of Winchester
and gateway to the south west and coast. Each of these five star
luxury hotels have unique facilities, and to name a few:-

EH Venues is Exclusive Hotels’ little sister.

a fantastic location, Fanhams Hall Hotel in Hertfordshire, this
stimulates a productive balance of work and play. There are
colourful tuck shops during breakouts, late night munchies in the
fantastic Karaoke Klub following a hard day and don’t be surprised
to see an ice cream van during summery breakouts.
