Spa and Treatment Etiquette

The spa operates Monday to Friday from 6.00am to 10.30pm and Saturday and Sunday from 7.00am - 9.00pm.

• Upon arrival, please sign in at Reception Desk.
• Within your locker you will find a robe, towels and spa slippers to wear during your time with us.
• The Spa is an adult only environment.
• The Spa is a mobile phone free area.
• In all areas it is customary to wear swimwear at all times.
• Only the main outdoor swimming pool is available for children.
• The Spa operates a no smoking policy.
• Bathrobes are to be worn in public areas.
• Please inform a member of The Spa staff of any medical condition that you may feel pertinent to your visit.
• Please remember to take all your belongings from your locker when you return to your room, the lockers automatically unlock at night.
• A charge of £5.00 is applicable for non return of locker keys.
