Treatment Etiquette

• Arrive at Treatment Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
• Please leave your jewellery in a secure place, either in your room safe or in your locker, you will be asked to remove most items during your treatment.
• Waxing is not recommended before or after any body treatment.
• Waxing is inadvisable up to 24 hours before or after sunbathing, swimming, bathing or after the use of any thermal heaven.
• It is imperative that all guests have a patch test 24 hours before a tinting treatment.
• Treatments are only available on completion of a confidential medical consultation.
• Under your robe please wear either dry swimwear or underwear. Diposable underwear is available on request.
• After tanning we recommend you do not shower for eight hours or exercise until after this time.
• Give therapist feedback as to your comfort and any special troubled areas.
• If you are pregnant, we recommend you do not use Thermal Heaven or the Hydrotherapy Pool. The Spa offers specific treatments during pregnancy, available after the first three month.
